Leveraging Resources. We offer CEUs at an affordable cost, while still meeting the rigorous standards of the Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing. We do that by leveraging the resources of Columbus State and staffing each class with a trained Columbus State instructor. Each instructor brings a wealth of real estate experience to the classroom.

We don’t charge you twice. Many of our classes can be used by both real estate agents and appraisers. We won’t charge you for the class twice if you need dual licensure.

We’ll come to you. If your office has 10 or more professionals seeking the same class, we’ll send an instructor out to your site. What’s more convenient than that?
