Avoid dropped classes! Don’t wait until the last minute; pay your fees as soon as possible!

Fee Payment Deadline for Spring Quarter is Wednesday, March 26, 2008.

Cut-off times by method of payment are as follows:

• Wednesday, March 26, at 6:00 p.m. - Dublin, Westerville and Southeast sites - credit card payments only

• Wednesday, March 26, at 7:00 p.m. - Drop boxes in Madison and Rhodes Halls

• Wednesday, March 26, at 7:30 p.m. - Cashier's Office, TIC (614-287-5353), USPS mail (must be received in Cashier's Office, not just postmarked)

• Wednesday, March 26, at 11:00 p.m. - CougarWeb and CATS (telephone touchtone, 614-287-CATS (614-287-2287))

For students whose tuition and/or fees are paid by sponsors or third parties, vouchers or other paperwork are due Wednesday, March 26, by 4:30 p.m. to ensure processing by the fee payment deadline. If your paperwork is not received on time, you will need to make other arrangements to pay your fees by the deadline and arrange for reimbursement from your sponsor.

If fees are not paid by the appropriate deadline, your scheduled class(es) will be dropped and a $75 re-registration fee will be applied to your fees if you re-register.

All Colleague applications, which include CATS and CougarWeb, will be unavailable from 11:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 26, until 8:00 a.m., Thursday, March 27.

As we typically experience a high volume of activity when systems become available after the drop for non-payment, delays and slower response time may occur due to the heavy system usage. Check CougarWeb System Status on CSCC.edu for updates.

Offices open on Thursday, March 27, at 8:00 a.m. Students can also register (or re-register) for available classes via CougarWeb and TIC, without an instructor's signature, until the first meeting of the class.
