What to Expect:
Clicking the link to sign-up for ICDL takes you to a sequence of pages to enter name, address and credit card information (ICDL requires a separate registration). When that information has been entered and the transaction is complete, here's what happens next:
- You will receive an email within moments (maximum 24-hours) that assigns you a Candidate Number - this number is important, and remains your key to access the ICDL program. You will need this number each time you wish to log in to ICDL resources or - most importantly - ICDL tests for your certificate.
- This email also contains instructions on how to access ICDL diagnostic tests, and the included online course covering all seven components of the ICDL certification.
- Completion of the form generates a package of Quick Reference Cards to be mailed to you - these should arrive in 7 - 10 business days.
- The completion of this process also assigns you to the Owens Community College Testing Center - Call this number - 567-267-1304 - for any additional information about the Testing Center - or to arrange appointments to take ICDL tests.
