ICDL Sign-up:
Register as a candidate for the ICDL certificate at Owens Community College, using the Owens Testing Center.

What to Expect:

Clicking the link to sign-up for ICDL takes you to a sequence of pages to enter name, address and credit card information (ICDL requires a separate registration). When that information has been entered and the transaction is complete, here's what happens next:

  1. You will receive an email within moments (maximum 24-hours) that assigns you a Candidate Number - this number is important, and remains your key to access the ICDL program. You will need this number each time you wish to log in to ICDL resources or - most importantly - ICDL tests for your certificate.
  2. This email also contains instructions on how to access ICDL diagnostic tests, and the included online course covering all seven components of the ICDL certification.
  3. Completion of the form generates a package of Quick Reference Cards to be mailed to you - these should arrive in 7 - 10 business days.
  4. The completion of this process also assigns you to the Owens Community College Testing Center - Call this number - 567-267-1304 - for any additional information about the Testing Center - or to arrange appointments to take ICDL tests.
