Leadership Development


Leadership Institute (LI)
 Focus on exploring personal leadership and competencies relating to leading change. Participants must commit to an 9-month program that requires the completion of 3 –4 assigned readings from books focusing on leadership development, Three day Autumn Retreat, One day Winter and Spring Retreat. Participants will work in groups towards completing a project focusing on leadership change. Each participant must have their supervisor’s endorsement and complete a personal statement in response to leadership questions .
