Human Capacity Development provides faculty, staff and administrators at Columbus State Community College with training and learning opportunities. Through consultation, education and management development opportunities, our unit strives to maintain an environment that values and promotes continued learning and skill attainment. We assist the College in achieving its mission to provide quality educational programs that meet the lifelong learning needs of its community.
