ONLINE SCIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE

 You are invited to voluntarily participate in a research study for doctoral a dissertation entitled: 

A correlational study of the critical characteristics that are related to

science achievement and student satisfaction with the online environment

The purpose of this online science survey questionnaire is to seek your assistance in providing information that will help identify the critical characteristics that are related to science achievement and student satisfaction with the online environment.  This will give useful insights into the teaching and learning of science using the online environment.

If you agree to participate in this study, you will be asked to provide responses to this online science survey questionnaire developed for this study.  It will take not more than thirty (30) minutes of your time. Your confidentiality will be protected by not connecting responses to any particular participant.  Additionally, information gathered from all the participants with complete responses will be analyzed and reported for the entire group and not for each individual participant.
