Digital Design Category Guidelines and Rules

• All entries must be mounted in the center of a 16”x 20” black matte board.
• The design may be of any size but the exterior size requirement of the black matte board is 16” x 20”. The entry design may be a vertical or horizontal layout.
• A completed DDAF Submission Form must be attached to each piece submitted. Place the form on the back of the entry board in the lower right corner.
• Up to five submissions per entrant are allowed.
• All submitted entries become the property of Columbus State Community College; however, the entrant retains rights to the work.
• An accompanying CD-ROM is to be submitted with the mounted entries. The CD-ROM will contain all submitted designs at 300 dpi, saved as a JPEG or PDF file. Each image is to be labeled with entrant’s name and the title of the image. Please label the CD-ROM with entrant’s name.
• All entries must include the following or they will not be considered for judging.
• Saved files on labeled CD-ROM; each work on the CD-ROM labeled with a title
• DDAF Submission Form
• Design mounted on 16” x 20” black matte board
