Interactive Media Category Guidelines and Rules

• Interactive Media entries are to be submitted on CD-ROM or DVD. Interactive Media entries may NOT be web addresses. Please burn entire project to working CD.
• Only send completed .html .avi, .flv, .swf, .mov, .exe (PC projector), .hqx (Mac projector) files. Do not send any working files (.psd, .fla, .dir)
• It is strongly recommended that entrants complete a hybrid CD for both Mac and PC.
• Do not submit flat screen shots of animated / interactive work. All entries must be moving or interactive.
• A completed DDAF Submission Form must be attached to each piece submitted. Place the form on the sleeve of the entry.
• Animation must have been completed no earlier than May 2008
• Each entry submitted must be contestant's original work
• Up to five submissions per entrant are allowed but each entry requires a separate CD-ROM.
• All submitted entries become the property of Columbus State Community College; however, the entrant retains rights to the work.
• Please label the CD-ROM with entrant’s name.
• All entries must include the following or they will not be considered for judging
• Completed files saved on CD-ROM or DVD as designated format
• Labeled CD-ROM, separate CD-ROM for each work submitted
• DDAF Submission Form

Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m., May 4, 2009
