Entrepreneurial Growth Model
Entrepreneurial Growth businesses are the backbone of the US economy and are characterized by the desire to build and grow a long lasting business that will support the owners and create jobs in the region. The goal of the program is to aid entrepreneurs in avoiding the traps so that they can move through the growth process with their business. This will increase the odds of successful development and execution of the business plan leading to increased job creation and wealth creation in the Central Ohio region.
Stages of the Entrepreneurial Growth Model
- Pre-Venture: No sales, Market definition and research, Business plan development, Bootstrapping
- Start-up: Initial sales, Early working capital financing, initial employees hired, Development of financial systems
- Existing: Increasing sales, Increasing employees, Increasing level of business sophistication/systems, Debt funding
- BASE (Monthly)
- IRS Tax Workshop (Monthly, June-December)
- NxEntrepreneurs, Multi-week Business Plan Program (Fall, Winter, Spring Quarters)
