Special Event and Program Insurance Requirements

The Columbus State Community College requires all organizations that host events or programs on campus to carry appropriate insurance and to add the College as an additional insured to the insurance policy. The purpose of this is to indemnify the College for any loss resulting from bodily injury or property damage that may arise from the operations, employees, or agents of the hosting organization. The organization must provide a copy of this certificate of liability insurance to the Columbus State Conference Center Office prior to the start of the event or program. This policy must remain in effect for the entire length of the event or program.
