Theatre Columbus State presents Mere Mortals

The New York Times hailed the 1997 debut of Mere Mortals as "a collection of six fast and ferociously funny comedies" that show playwright David Ives "at the top of his game."   Top off your summer with an unforgettable theatrical experience, August 24th through the 26th, at Columbus State.

The short pieces range from the ridiculous to the sublime, and then back to the ridiculous, with titles including "Foreplay, or the art of the Fugue," "Degas, C'est Moi," ""Time Flies," "and "Speed-the-Play."

Mere Mortals will be presented in Nestor Hall Auditorium on
     Thursday, August 24, at 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm
     Friday, August 25, at 8:00 pm
     Saturday, August 26, at 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm
