Writers perform at Friday night Open Mics

Creative Writing is one of the liveliest arts on the Columbus State campus.

To help support the local community of writers, faculty members of  Communications Skills  host an open mic on two Fridays each quarter.

Poets, fiction writers, and nonfiction writers are invited to come read, listen, rub elbows with other authors, and enjoy some refreshments.  Sign-up begins at 6:45 p.m. and the readings at 7:00 p.m., Nestor Hall's West Lounge.
