Scholar House (low-cost housing for students)

Community Properties of Ohio offers a program called Columbus Scholar House (CSH). CSH is located at 17th Ave. and Long St., and has 10 units of subsidized housing that have been designated specifically for full-time students enrolled in an Ohio accredited institution of higher learning and maintaining a minimum 2.5 GPA.
