Emergency sewer repair to block Washington Ave.

The City of Columbus will perform an emergency sewer repair that will impact travel on Washington Avenue next to the parking garage. While work is expected to begin this week sometime, the precise day and time has not been set. It is not known yet how long the project will last. Once work does begin, traffic might be limited at times to one lane on Washington Avenue - the block next to the parking garage.

New Bookstore website goes live May 1

The Columbus State Bookstore is excited to share its new website with students. Beginning Monday, May 1, you will be able to shop at bookstore.cscc.edu for everything from accounting textbooks to zip-up hoodies in preparation for your summer semester. We are excited to provide more options and a smoother shopping experience with the redesign. The new website will be optimized for use on all types of electronic devices, making the Bookstore a resource for your educational needs everywhere and at all times. In preparation for the new website migration, the present Bookstore site will be disabled on Friday, April 28, at midnight.

The Degree Audit System has upgraded

The “old” Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS,) has been replaced with “u.achieve.”

U.achieve is Columbus State’s new degree audit reporting system that has the same great functionality as DARS, with a new look, better instructions, and some added features.

You still login through CougarWeb. You can still run academic programs and “what-if” audits. You can still create your planned courses and view exceptions. But now you will be able to run Transfer Evaluations, and requesting a degree audit is much more streamlined.

The policy for service animals on campus is addressed in this section.
