Medical Assisting Program offers “Test Drive”

Explore the Medical Assisting Program by taking a test drive and see what you’ll learn and how you’ll learn it! Discover what careers a Medical Assisting degree can lead to and how the program prepares you for certification. Meet and greet with instructors in the program. The Medical Assisting program has immediate openings, so you can start working toward your future in the medical field immediately.
There will be two Test Drives: Wednesday, October 23, from 5:30-8:00 p.m. on the Columbus Campus, and Wednesday, October 30, from 5:30-8:00 p.m. on the Delaware Campus.

 DJ from Power 107.5 radio to speak Oct. 2

The Columbus State honor society Phi Theta Kappa has invited the DJ "City" of Power 107.5 radio station to speak on Wednesday, October 2, at 3:00 p.m. in Nestor Hall East Lounge in honor of PTK’s Week of Community College Completion! “City,” whose real name is Terrence Sigers, will offer a motivational speech about finishing your college degree. City graduated from Beechcroft High School and majored in health at Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Ky. The presentation is free and open to the public.
