The Course

The Columbus State Bridgeview Golf Course offers a scenic layout that golfers of all abilities will enjoy. The accomplished player will revel in the scoring challenges of the elevation changes, mature trees and side hills uncommon on Columbus golf courses. More junior players can hone their skills on the lower portions of the course and progress toward the more difficult lies. Its combination of terrain makes Bridgeview the ideal place to move your game to the next level.
Because the course is 9 holes, it’s easy to fit a game into your week. When you have extra time, double up the course for 18 holes!



Season (March 15 - Nov. 14)
Golf Course & Driving Range*: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Last round must begin 2-1/2 hours prior to closing.

*TUESDAYS -- The Driving Range opens at 10 a.m. to allow for grass mowing

Please Note: In cases of adverse weather, slow business, or on holidays, the course may close early at the management's discretion.

Driving Range

The Columbus State Bridgeview Driving Range is the ideal place to practice the game – and perfect your technique. Providing the optimal environment for you to practice is our first priority, and we Bridgeview Golf Courseprovide a facility and features that go above and beyond – so your game can, too!
The Driving Range features:

  • Thirty heated and sheltered practice tees for all-weather use
  • Natural-grass tees open from March to November
  • Upper-level grass tees open when excessive rain closes most other facilities
  • Upper-tee box open in summer for private group lessons
  • Target fairways to provide practice in aiming your shots
  • Driving range with high-quality range balls for consistent ball flight

Brent Ernsberger – General Manager – Brent was elected to the PGA of America in 1998 and has previously held positions as Head Golf Professional and Golf Club General Manager. In addition, he has lent his experience to up-and-coming golfers during his time as Head Varsity Golf Coach at New Albany High School. Brent is responsible for overseeing business operations and for Columbus State Bridgeview.

Kent Heisley – Superintendent – Kent has been with Bridgeview for more than 25 years and has contributed to the continual advancement of the golf course and Driving Ranges playing conditions.  Bridgeview Golf CourseKent is responsible for the conditions of all of the golf course.

Charley Krause – Grounds Maintenance Supervisor – Charley has also been with the facility for more than 25 years.  Charley is responsible for the Driving Range, the condition and availability of the range balls, playing conditions of the range and assists with the golf course when needed.
