Wesley (Lee) Blyth is an Assistant Professor and Coordinator of the Logistics program at Columbus State Community College. Lee has been teaching at Columbus State for nearly 10 years, several of those as a member of the adjunct faculty. Lee has over 30 years of professional business experience primarily in the area of customer satisfaction and sales management. His primary area of focus is maintaining a liaison with the logistics industry and assuring that the curriculum offered to our students is both relevant and marketable. A second major area of focus is establishing transfer agreement with other colleges and universities to enable CSCC graduates to complete a baccalaureate degree.

J.J. Schultz

Industry Experience
J.J. Schultz has enjoyed 29 years in Supply & Logistics Management. His experience includes time in a family business, cooperatives, privately-held firms and publicly-traded companies. Most recently he was the Director of Purchasing for Captain D's Seafood in Nashville, Tennessee. Additional corporate experience includes key positions with Borden Foods, Wendy's International, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Topco Associates and Enoch Schultz Creamery. Within supply chain management, J.J.'s experience includes the areas of supplier identification, commodity trading, risk management, sourcing & procurement analysis, vendor negotiations, supplier relations, marketing and finance & budget management. He has participated in all aspects of logistics including rail, truck, and ocean, air & pipeline, as well as distribution centers, long-term grain storage and warehousing.
