The Ohio Staff Council of Higher Education (OSCHE) promotes networking and encourages high quality of work performance and professionalism of employees employed at non-bargaining units/non-union two and four year public state-assisted institutions of higher education in Ohio.

SAC is and active member of the Ohio Staff Council of Higher Education (OSCHE), an organization devoted to non contracted staff members of the University System of Ohio. Each member institution is represented at OSCHE by members of that institution's staff council, senate, or advisory committee that represents the interests of non contract staff.
