About S.A.C.

Staff Advisory Council was established to ensure that there will always be a means of open communication among the various levels of the College community.

Council has been commissioned by the President and sanctioned by the Board of Trustees of Columbus State Community College to review, evaluate and make recommendations on institutional and staff development concerns. Matters to be discussed by the Council can be initiated by staff members, Council Representatives or the President.

Council Representatives are elected by full-time staff employees from the areas they represent. Each representative serves a two-year term. Representatives will voice your concerns to Council, and report back to you on college developments that matter to YOU!

Council meetings are administered using the Parliamentary Procedure and are typically held on the second Thursday of each month. Our meetings are open to all staff employees. Please join us when you have the opportunity!
