You are cordially invited to attend a test drive of the Medical Assisting program to learn about it and the field of Medical Assisting—the most versatile group of allied health professionals in medicine today.
The test drive will begin with an introduction from instructors in Medical Assisting and a short synopsis of the program. You will then progress through a variety of stations which feature skills taught in the Medical Assisting program:
- Point of Care Testing (glucose monitoring)
- Pulmonary Function Testing
- Minor Surgery Set ups
- Electronic Medical Records
- Coding and Billing
The Medical Assisting program has both a one-year certificate program and a two-year degree program. Join us to learn more about this exciting opportunity to jump-start your medical career!
