Remembering JFK through theatre
It's been a half-century since the nation witnessed President John Kennedy's assassination in Dallas. To recount a defining moment that changed America, Theatre Columbus State presents "A Friday in November: The JFK Assassination Remembered."
Theater professor Frank Barnhart wrote the docudrama using news stories, eyewitness testimony and historical documents.
"A Friday in November" will be performed nightly at 8 p.m. Nov. 20-23 in Nestor Hall Auditorium. There are additional matinees at 3 p.m. Nov. 21 and 12:45 p.m. Nov. 22. Admission is free.
