Tossed Salad (assorted dressings)

Penne Pasta with Garlic Olive Oil and Butter tossed with Grilled Vegetables
Zucchini, yellow squashes, asparagus, artichoke hearts, red bell peppers, red onions, fresh spinach.

Breast of Chicken Parmesan
Seasoned breast of chicken dusted with flour, lightly sauteed, finished with marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella and provolone cheese.

Roast Sirloin of Beef served with demi-glace
