The Smart Classroom Initiative
An expansion of smart classrooms was completed in the summer of 2012. Funded by available lab fees, 66 of the college's classrooms that had no, or limited classroom technology, were renovated to the classroom technology standard. This was a significant college investment in classroom technologies to support teaching and learning.
- 66 classrooms were upgraded with new AV equipment:
- Control panels
- Document cameras
- CD/DVD players
The location of classrooms can be found at the Smart Classrooms List page
Training and Support
Training videos on how to use the new equipment are available on the training page. In addition we will happily support faculty through one-on-one training or seminars. Simply contact the Help Desk and ask for Media Services support for a new smart classroom.
