Testing Center reminders for spring semester

Columbus State’s Testing Services has made great strides to improve our students’ experience when they report to take tests for their courses. The faculty have partnered with the Testing Centers and made adjustments to their exam schedule and protocol, in order to accomplish these improvements.  Below are a few reminders as we prepare to serve Spring Semester 2017 students:

Traditional classroom make-up tests:
1)  Must be electronically submitted to the Center’s email: aqtests@cscc.edu.
2)  Are no longer accepted hand-delivered.
3)  Require the student to make an appointment before reporting for their tests.

Exam Deadline Dates
Faculty are encouraged to use Monday through Friday as deadline dates and avoid scheduling the last day to test on a Saturday.

Final Exams
Faculty are encouraged to schedule Final Exams only during Finals Week, and not use that week for make-up exams or other tests.

If you have questions about Testing Center procedures, please call ext. 5219 and a member of the Testing Center team will gladly assist you.

PONO provides great opportunities to build community with others, share your story, and gain new perspectives.
