Drop for Non-Payment
There is one Fee Payment Deadline date and three Drop for Non-Payment
Deadline dates each quarter.
The Drop for Non-Payment Deadlines are
available at the Quarter Schedules link
from the main web page.
Students who are dropped for non-payment and re-register for classes
will be charged a $75 re-registration fee. If a student feels that he or
she has been assessed the re-registration fee in error, the fee may be
appealed. The Re-registration Fee Appeal form is available in the
Cashier's Office, Upper Level, Rhodes Hall. The student must first pay
the $75 fee before submitting the appeal to the Cashier's Office. For
questions regarding the Re-registration Fee Appeal process you may
contact:
Annetta Keller via e-mail at akeller@cscc.edu.
If a student adds courses to their schedule after the last Drop for
Non-payment deadline, the student is responsible to pay any balance due
in a timely fashion. If fees are not paid prior to the end of the
current quarter, a restriction is placed on the student's record which
will stop registration activity. If a student has not paid the balance
due within 45 days of receiving the invoice, the file will be sent to
the Attorney General's office for collection.
