Faculty and staff may reserve equipment
in person at the A/V Delivery office (CO 019), online, or by
phone at 287-2463. Orders are accepted up to one quarter in
advance . Equipment is reserved in the name of faculty or staff.
Cancellations may be called in any time prior to the scheduled

between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 5:00pm
on Fridays. Over break 8:00am to 5:00pm.
The user is responsible for damage or
excessive wear to equipment due to carelessness or neglect, although
normal wear is anticipated.
Instruction/Training for Equipment
A/V Delivery can provide instruction for
operation of any ordered equipment or classroom installed equipment.
