Use the KnowItNow Academic chat and SMS texting (text ohiolink to 66746) service to get online help with your research questions. The statewide service is staffed by librarians from participating OhioLINK Libraries. KnowItNow Academic is available Monday through Thursdays from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Fridays, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Outside of these hours, or if academic librarians are not available, you will be helped with your research questions by public librarians. Additionally, each day from 1 a.m. - 7 a.m. the service will not be live and you will only be able to leave a message or text KnowItNow Academic for later follow-up by email or text when the service re-opens.If you prefer to contact a Columbus State librarian, please use the phone, e-mail, or in-person contact options. There are now apps for KnowItNow available for Apple and Android mobile devices. The Apple version is available in the iTunes store, and the Android version is available on Google play.
