Ruth Maclin is an abstract/multi-media artist from Columbus, Ohio. She studied art and holds her B.F.A. and M.F.A. degrees from The Ohio State University. While attending the university she was selected for the National Dean’s List and inducted in the prestigious honor society of Alpha Kappa Mu.

At a very young age Ruth’s creativity was inspired by her mother and father’s natural artistic ability and was expressed through various art forms… music (cello, piano), creative Writing, painting, and wood sculpturing.

Ruth knows the importance of directing one’s creative energies toward a positive path; one that embraces a spiritual philosophy that manifests itself in many forms.

Ruth has exhibited nationally and internationally.
