Anyone who believes that they have been a victim of, or has knowledge of,
discrimination, harassment/sexual harassment and/or workplace violence, has
the responsibility to report it and to seek the support of the College
administrators, faculty and staff without fear of retaliation. The College

incident.
If you feel that you are a victim of
harassment/sexual:
• Tell the offender that the behavior is offensive and must stop. If the
behavior continues, seek the assistance of your supervisor.
If you feel that you are a victim of
discrimination:
• Report the incident to your immediate supervisor.
If you feel that you may be or have been a victim
of workplace violence:
• Contact the Public Safety Department and your immediate supervisor.
In all cases, if you believe that your supervisor has not resolved the
incident, or the offender is your supervisor, or you have questions about
these or other Human Resources Policies and Procedures, call Human Resources
at (614) 287-2408.
