What is Human Resources?

The Office of Human Resources website provides up-to-date information to the campus community through 5 primary functions: Employment Services, Labor Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Human Capacity Development and EEO. While each area is diverse in its focus, the department’s responsibilities are highly integrated to support the entire campus community.

This site also provides information to the campus community involving employment opportunities, policies and procedures, forms, and training and development.

The Office of Human Resources is located on our main campus in Rhodes hall, in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Columbus State Community College offers an excellent compensation and benefits package including fee waivers and tuition reimbursement.

The Office of Human Resources operates Monday – Friday, 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.
