This is a great opportunity to learn from the wisdom of their experience.

What are qualities of excellent teaching? What goes into being a leader among your peers? Faculty identfied by their peers to be among the best share their experiences, stories and ideas about successful teaching and learning. Below is a recording of the September 2012 Academic Onboarding program. We will repeat this program again in March with the Distinguished Full Professors.
* The title of this session is inspired by the book What the Best College Teachers Do by Ken Bain. Dr. Bain merges best practices literature with interviews with effective teachers to identify key characteristics for success.
