An ideal state of wellness is one in which on one component of health is emphasized at the expense of any other component."

Some of the wellness activities are designated CC, Cougar Challenge Wellness.  The Cougar Challenge wellness is a series of health information programs in preparation for the tenth annual National Employee and Fitness Day. All students and employees are welcome to attend any or all events in the series. Anyone registering and attending at least four of the five programs will receive a bonus gift from the Wellness Department and College health Office. Challenge yourself to become more health conscience. Healthy people enjoy more energy and a better positive mental attitude. Remember: the programs listed are not all inclusive to the Wellness program. Additional programming will be offered please refer to the Wellness Bulletin Board located in  Delaware Hall, Room 134.
