The following table is to be used as a guideline in determining course equivalencies for CSCC courses at select area colleges. Policies and equivalencies in effect at the time of enrollment at the receiving institution will be used to determine acceptability and applicability of course work. Please note that requirements may vary by college division and program at these institutions.
Transfer credit course equivalencies and information are subject to change at any time, without notice, due to changes in the curriculum and/or policies at either Columbus State Community College or the receiving institution. For students who do not complete the Associate of Arts or Associate of Science Degree, the grade of "C" or better is required for transfer.
Students transferring TO Columbus State should be sure to have a copy of their official transcript forwarded to the Office of Records and Registration, in order to have their previous coursework evaluated, and transfer credit awarded to eligible courses.If the college that you plan to transfer to is not listed below, you should contact that institution directly for information regarding transferability of courses.
Students are responsible for knowing and following all prerequisites. Use the Columbus State Bulletin to identify prerequisites for all courses.
