Use these checklists to make sure you're meeting all the requirements to get into your program.

NOTE: checklists are dated based on current information. Check back periodically for updates. Health, Human, and Public Service students will have preadmission criteria to complete, and correct sequencing of courses is critical.

All Health, Human, and Public Service students should schedule an appointment with an advisor to develop a quarter by quarter plan. Call the Advising Office to schedule an appointment.
