WOMEN'S BASKETBALL: GET IN THE GAME!
With only a few weeks left in the season, Columbus State’s basketball teams are driving to the tournaments
The women's team posted a record of 10-4 with two weeks left in the season, and Head Coach Randy Crites said they’re pulling together for a conference run. Like the men’s team, the women have a number of players who can contribute off the bench.
Led by sophomore Tiffany Powell (one of the nation’s top 10 scorers), OCCAC Player of the Week Elise England, and freshman Katie Potokar the Lady Cougars are looking to make their mark in the league.
All of our teams play in NJCAA Div. II, making scholarships available to student athletes.
Our women’s basketball team plays its home games in the gymnasium at Delaware Hall.
Admission is always free to students.
