GOLF: GET IN THE GAME!

Columbus State ’s golf team has a tradition of excellence, including several national title wins, and you can be a part of it!

All home matches are free and open to students. And going out for the team can pay dividends – many of our players are recruited to four-year colleges. Even better, the golf team offers full scholarships as a member of NJCAA Div. II.

After making the NJCAA National Tournament in 2007, Cougar golfers are looking for a successful campaign next year. Top scorer for 2007 was Jesse Moss, who finished fifth at the national tournament in June. That performance earned Moss a slot on Tiffin University ’s team next year.

The golf team begins play in March, although tryouts will be held shortly after Autumn 2007 begins.
