The Student Ambassador Program allows students the opportunity to participate in various public relations, recruiting, and leadership activities at Columbus State, while earning money to help pay for tuition and other educational expenses. Students participate in a variety of activities on campus including:
• Staffing new student orientation programs
• Giving campus tours
• Assisting with special events such as job fairs, transfer fairs, bloodmobile, etc
• Developing special projects within academic and student service departments
• Student Ambassadors also engage in Community Outreach
Applications for the Student Ambassador Program are available during Spring Quarters. To qualify for this program, a student must be in good academic standing, and must be in at least their second quarter at Columbus State when applying. In addition, a student must attend one of the information sessions given during the Spring Quarter.
