What is Wellness?
Wellness is an integration of body, mind and spirit to
produce a balanced lifestyle. It promotes a sense of
becoming, changing, improving and growing. Wellness is achieved by practicing good health habits and eliminating harmful ones. Wellness programming at
Columbus State attempts to offer opportunities to create a balance in the life of students, faculty and staff.
