Bachelor's Degree Transfer Programs

With the rising cost of college – and the rise of student debt – Columbus State is working to make a bachelor's degree affordable to everyone.

Our bachelor's degree transfer programs allow students to fulfill the first two years of a bachelor's degree, then transfer to a four-year college to finish up. We've long offered the Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees, which are general-purpose transfer degrees.

Now, we're adding new, targeted transfer agreements all the time. Our Preferred Pathway® program with Ohio State is our flagship. The Preferred Pathway allows students to "pre-major" for their Ohio State degree, taking only the courses they need for their eventual degree. This saves students time and money.

We're pursuing new partnerships with all colleges in our area, such as Franklin University and Ohio Dominican University.
